About Me

I have been helping those needing assistance with the tech. For the last 3 years I have been specializing in helping the seniors in our community but love to help anyone having technology issues. I offer this service in your home where the tech is but I'm willing to attempt over the phone help also.

My experience spans many years. I started of in software development for a small company and so we did everything from writing the code, doing the install, and then supporting the customer when they had questions. Over the next many years I worked a many startups and worked on various network install and maintenance along with the development, installation and support of the software and hardware that we were selling to the costumers.

I have been on the support side with of tech for many years and love to help those that are needing it and understand the need to speak plain simple English and not high level tech jargon to those that I am helping. 

Tech has been a thing I got into at a very young age when in home PC's were not a thing.
