Mike Jones
I’ve been helping people with their technology needs for several years, and for the past three years, I’ve focused on assisting seniors in our community. While that’s been my specialty, I’m always happy to help anyone who’s experiencing tech challenges. I offer in-home support so I can work directly with your devices, but I’m also available to provide assistance over the phone when possible.
My experience in technology spans many years. I began my career in software development for a small company, where I was involved in everything from writing code and performing installations to providing customer support. Over time, I worked with several startups, gaining hands-on experience with network installation and maintenance, as well as developing, installing, and supporting both software and hardware solutions.
Having spent much of my career on the support side of technology, I understand how important it is to communicate clearly and avoid confusing technical jargon. My goal is always to make technology feel simple and approachable for everyone I help.
Technology has been a passion of mine since a young age—long before home computers were common—and I continue to enjoy sharing that knowledge with others.
